Job Listing: Part-Time Community Manager at A Space Between We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Community Manager. As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for our members. Position Details Role: Part-Time Community Manager Payment: $100/day; minimum 2 weekdays a week Working Hours: 10 am - 6 pm Estimated Start Date: February 2024 Responsibilities Member Support: Act as the first point of contact for members requiring assistance. Manage and respond promptly to member interactions and inquiries. Ensure adherence to basic housekeeping SOP for cleanliness and optimal facility conditions. Space Operations: Organise and stock up on pantry and office supplies as needed. Community Engagement: Conduct tours for potential members. Facilitate onboarding of new members and assist in platform familiarisation. Communication and Reporting: Update the Community Report regularly. Drive engagement on communication channels using WhatsApp; Team Collaboration: Be the eyes and ears of A Space Between. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements: Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility. 'People person' with excellent customer service skills. organised, proactive, and takes ownership of tasks. Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues. Conflict resolution skills. Empathy, integrity, responsibility, dependability, accountability, and strong work ethics. Passion for the mission and future of mental health. Alignment with ASB’s values of community, inclusivity, and kindness. Customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary.
