Eco World Development Group Berhad engaged ONG&ONG Malaysia to design, manage, and oversee the completion of 80 units of 4-storey townhouses. Through meticulous planning, the team navigated some challenges to bring the vision of Nara townhouses to life. The homes sport a spacious, Japanese-inspired aesthetic and offer residents an unparalleled lifestyle experience characterised by great design, convenience, and connectivity.

𝐎𝐍𝐆&𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐂𝐄𝐎 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐚’𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 Ashvinkumar Kantilal, the Group CEO of ONG&ONG, visited the new Kuala Lumpur office to thank Edwin Chan Yean Liong, the Associate Director of Architecture in ONG&ONG Malaysia, for his services. Edwin, who will be retiring soon, joined in 2014 to lend his expertise and mentor the younger staff. During his visit, Ashvin also took the opportunity to join in the Raya celebrations, that foster camaraderie and cultural inclusivity in the workplace. His visit demonstrates the Group's commitment to staying connected with the various country offices in the Group.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐋 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 Marking a new chapter for ONG&ONG Malaysia is its relocation to a new office in 2024. Previously, the office occupied two separate units within Block B in Plaza Sentral. Both units are now united in Block A, where the new space brings everyone together, fostering greater collaboration among team members. The design and construction were carried out by in-house talents. The new layout addresses the issue on demarcating the public, semi-public and private spaces, while maintaining seamless connection throughout the office. These enhancements improve how the firm operates at every level while also addressing the needs of each unit.

The latest RIBA report notes a paradigm shift within the architectural sphere, revealing that 41% of architects in the UK have embraced AI to enhance their professional endeavours. This departure from conventional methodologies underscores a significant evolution in the field. Architects are now poised to shape a future where technology empowers innovation, sustainability, and meaningful design solutions.
