Our coachee in her recent coaching session started with a conversation that got us thinking- "It was the final day of the quarter and by all means I had walked into my cabin with full belief that it was going to be an amazing day. While waiting for final sign-off mails come into my inbox for some major deals I had been finalizing over the last couple of weeks, I felt I was ending the quarter with a bang. It was noon and there was an email marked Important by a customer - PLEASE CALL ME! That was the very moment I realized the deal was not going forward.
