Dr Steve Seah is a senior consultant ophthalmologist with rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma, cataract and refractive errors including presbyopia. He has invented a divide and scoop technique which make phacoemulsification surgery for cataract faster and safer. In addition, Dr Seah has also performed numerous glaucoma procedures including the complicated glaucoma drainage implant surgeries. On top of that, he also handles many tertiary glaucoma referral cases.
Dr Seah is known for his work in LASIK and received training by world-renowned presbyopia LASIK expert, Dr Alain Telandro in 2004. He has since performed many surgeries and achieve good results. It is also recorded that patients who used to suffer from refractive errors and presbyopia achieve good distant and near visual acuity after the PAC Lasik surgery.
