• Guidelines for sequencing and verbal instructions (Sequencing for Menstrual Cycle).
• Lesson plan, Class Time management
• Business Aspect of Teaching Yoga (marketing & legal aspect)
Students who fulfill the yoga teacher training course requirements will be presented with a Certificate of Completion for this Yoga Teacher Training programme from Yoga Mala, recognised by the Yoga Alliance USA.
