Vonage concluded its 2nd exclusive roundtable of the year with a focus on conversational marketing, the role of omnichannel and AI in creating new enhanced customer experiences. Once again, we succeeded in attracting some of the leading Swedish companies with profiles from CMOs to Heads of Product & Engineering and folks who are driving AI initiatives at a large scale. Among all the discussions, one thing was evident "the increasing focus on AI driven Voice". We are seeing more and more examples of use cases where Voice is not only considered a preferred channel but is also helping to drive customer engagement and elevating the customer experience.
