    JobKred is proud to be working with SkillsFuture SG in launching the Skills Profiler initiative, to help SMEs in Singapore identify their skills gaps, upskill their workforce and ensure their workforce is ready to navigate the future of work. The Skills Profiler initiative leverages JobKred’s advanced Lithium skills profiling platform to offer SMEs an unparalleled opportunity to benchmark their employees' competencies against industry standards, guided by SkillsFuture Singapore’s Skills Frameworks and Industry Transformation Maps, identify skills gaps, and receive relevant training recommendations to close gaps. All 400 slots available in the pilot were rapidly taken up by SMEs within 7 months in the pilot, and now an additional 1000 SMEs will be able to benefit in using technology to accelerate their journey to growth and innovation, and harness the full potential of their workforce. It was an incredible event that brought industry leaders and innovative partners together to lay the foundation for a skills-ready and relevant logistics workforce. Assessing Employee Skills When it comes to assessing employee skills, Lithium plays a crucial role in collecting skill ratings data by defining who, when, and what skills to rate. While this process generates reliable skills data, it can take some time. Assist+ comes to the rescue for those in need of immediate insights. With its assistance, you can swiftly generate preliminary skill ratings, giving you an early glimpse into your company's skills landscape. How does it work? Assist+ has the capability to estimate an employee's skill proficiency levels based on various data points.
