Asaclean™ is a purging compound for extrusion and injection moulding equipment. It makes colour and material changes easier and faster, reduce scrap, prevent contamination and improve your productivity. Asaclean removes the need for pulling the screw or cleaning with base polymers. This frees up manpower and time from your purging process. Asaclean™ performs mechanical cleaning through shear force and different viscosities through a modified molecular weight of the base polymer. Asaclean™ contains reactive compounds that can remove impurities such as burnt material effectively.
