We have been using the AOX water dispenser for many years now and only recently we encounter a water leak below the dispenser.
This happened 2 weeks ago in the middle of the night when my son woke me up about the leak and there I was cleaning and drying the cabinet drawers just below the dispenser.
We managed to divert the leaking water to our sink to avoid the mess it created.
That's when i decided to text Rina after the clean-up and was surprised to see her reply almost immediately.
Desmond called and arranged for an on site service. He was quick to find the leak was from the water tubing and was replaced.
Desmond also made more checks on the dispenser to ensure all parts are in working order.

Dean was very prompt and informative in giving me the best offer for AOX.

Additionally, the technician Tay from AOX who came for installation was very detailed and helpful with the installation of water dispenser and also gave tips on how to install if we want to do below sink later.

Overall both staff were very pleasant and on time.  Loving the alkaline water so far. :)
