Why does this happen a lot? SaaS companies have been dealing with this problem with their internal teams for a very long time. Progress stalls because the emotional part isn't a priority. We have seen that tech companies currently dwell on the over-saturation of "me too" products. Why can't they just follow Slack's Work, Simplified" campaign? ✅ Actual customer stories (not made-up personas) ✅ Video, case studies, interactive demos ✅ Outcomes over features—less email, better teamwork, faster results It shows that they had an increase of 30% in enterprise leads and a shortened sales cycle. We think more SaaS brands should catch on. Cause until SaaS founders and growth teams stop trying to win with more functionality, the cycle will continue. And at that point, the buyers are tired.
