High Temperature Pick-up Tools
Our Services
High-Temperature Plastic Pick-up Tools are available in a wide range of standard and custom sizes with tip sizes beginning at 0.20mm. Because the polyimide withstands 480 degrees C, these tools can be used for both ambient and high-temperature processing.
Wire Bond
Our Services
Micro-Mechanics specializes in designing and manufacturing Wire-Bond Clamps used to securely hold the lead-frame or substrate during the bonding process. By providing both the design and manufacturing, our aim is a fast, effective and complete bonding solution.

We design and manufacture replaceable rubber tips for die-attach or pick-and-place. The tips are designed to handle a complete range of die sizes starting as small as 0.25mm (0.010″). Together with proprietary ultra-pure and antistatic rubber, our rubber tips are ideal for today’s assembly cleanroom.
