Able Best lives up to their name. They are indeed professional and patience assisting me during the search and after-hire assistance. With their advise, I am grateful that i have managed to hire this current helper from Indonesia. Definitely some hiccups in the initial months, but Able Best remains contactable and helpful with their follow-up to commute with the helper in their language for better understanding.

I chose Able Best because they had good google reviews and ratings on the MOM website. The service I received lived up to their positive reviews! Charles and Yanni were really helpful and responsive throughout the process. The helper we got was the only Indonesian transfer helper they had and she was the only helper we interviewed. The stars aligned and it was a good fit, just like what Charles and Yanni predicted. I’ll recommend this maid agency to anyone I know.

We got in touch with the agency in October, 2022 when we were looking for a helper. They did not try to hard sell any prospective helper and advised us not to expect too much where cooking skills were concerned despite what the helper may say in the interview. It has been 6 months and our experience with the agency so far has been hassle free. Ms. Yani is polite, patient and tries to help out with all queries that she can and returns calls as soon as is possible.I trust and believe that future experiences will be as smooth and pleasant and wish them the best.

It is my family's first time hiring a helper and we are very grateful to able best, who remained responsive throughout the whole process and even after hiring of the helper. Unfortunately there were some health concerns with our helper, and when we finally decided that we had to send her back, it was just at the 6 months mark of her loan period. However, able best was very understanding and was willing to let us apply for the replacement helper for free (given that this usually can only be done 2 weeks before the end of the 6 months mark). The application process was fuss free with the agency and i would recommend them to anyone looking for a helper.

My previous maid agency had ceased operation and I was at a desperate loss on which other reliable agencies are there to renew my FDW’s work permit and Home Leave processing. Her work permit is expiring soon and she wants to return home the same month.Did a Google search and Able Best came back with the most positive reviews. Meanwhile, I emailed Able Best and other shortlisted agencies seeking advice as due to the Covid pandemic, my FDW did not return home for the past 4 years and documentation was very messy.True enough, Able Best (Charles) was the only agency that replied me. Replies to my queries were well detailed & promptly.I would like to compliment Charles. He was sincere and professional in ensuring the work permit renewal, home leave application and flight ticket purchase went smoothly and fuss free. All in the comfort of my home, the only time was dropping by their office to collect my FDW’s passport. Charles was willing to make arrangements for me to collect it after office hours (thankfully that didn’t happen).Due to the Covid pandemic, rules & guidelines change frequently. Charles went the extra mile to drive to my home to collect my FDW’s passport as he was afraid the work permit might not be renewed in time for her scheduled return to the Philippines.Collection of documents was a breeze. All documents were kept in a folder. Charles also advised me to get pre-departure ART instead of a PCR test instead when I had doubts on which to take. Thinking that my dealing with Able Best would end there, Charles contacted me few days later when he was informed that pre-departure ART was not required, helping me save further money.It is difficult nowadays to find an agency that is actually on the customer’s side for a change. Comparing to my previous maid agency that I have been using for decades. They are miles apart in terms of customer service and professionalism. Able Best has exceeded my expectations and I have become a fan of Able Best and will definitely engage them for future services and recommend them to friends and family.

After service was subpar. The first helper we got was unsuitable for baby caring. The second one was worst in terms of work attitude and also she admitted she is 19 years old which explains why she couldn’t handle duties consistently. Gave a lot of drama till public was involve calling ambulance etc, called CDE and MOM to complain of abuse where infact she gave so much problems. (work problem, spreading malicious rumours about our family to other helpers)We provide more than basics for her.To end the nightmare, we decided to terminate her and send back to Myanmar.*Updates*Thank you for the guide provided, an honest helper that does her duty without everyday reminder and unnecessary eccentric behaviour would be of great practical help. By the way screen the helpers age, stop providing underage 😊

Able Best is one of the better agencies out there. My husband and I are very pleased with their service. The helper we engaged is good too, we had a bit of misunderstanding initially in the first week, but it was due to the language barrier. We decided she is new and fresh, comes from afar to work, and we need to give people a chance to learn and grow. Today (her 4th week), she has proven that she is very eager to learn new stuff and hardworking too, so I have decided to put this review.Throughout, the helper also never wakes up late and would find stuff to pack/ clean even if there isn't much to do. I believe that the way a helper behaves also boils down and reflects the agency as they must have guided them well.Overall, I am very pleased that I picked this agency (that is not stacked among the so many in Katong).100% recommended.

I've been using this agency for more than 8 years now and have hired a few helpers from them. Not all worked out well but mostly still ok. The staff will always assist whenever we have issues with the helpers despite their busy schedule. Not the cheapest agency around but their service level makes up for it. Would definitely recommend this trusted agency.

Found this agency while searching on google and saw that they have several good reviews and decided to try them out as i didnt have any luck with other agencies. My helper had to return to her home country due to personal reasons and Able Best was efficient in helping me with my urgent replacement. Would like to point out Mr Charles Chan (manager) was especially understanding of my needs as my family is big and was quick in finding a suitable replacement. I was rather surprised as it was during lockdown and helpers were scarce. He was able to get me my new helper who totally met the many requirements I had at an extremely affordable rate. Many thanks to Mr Charles for his resourcefulness once again. With any delays, I would have ended up paying double due to the new Covid rules.
