Recently I engaged the service of Kungfu helper. I must say, I am so impressed by the level of service that they had provided. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism.
Firstly, scheduling was a breeze. The team was incredibly accommodating we all know how packed usually CNY is for cleaning. But they actually squeeze a slot for me.
On the day of cleaning, they were punctual and well-prepared. They came well equipped and also wasted no time in getting to work.
As we all know the interior cleaning of the fridge or oven is not included but Kungfu team actually went the extra mile to do it for me. Very grateful to them and when I ask them to add on the extra charge that was suppose to include they told me it’s fine, not to worry abt it.
Everyone of them was in fact so courteous and helpful throughout the process. Their level of commitment is truly commendable, and I will definitely be only using them in future. KungFu Helper provides comprehensive cleaning services for residential and commercial spaces. These include general cleaning and deep cleaning. You can also opt for customised cleaning solutions tailored to your specific needs.

What happens after I submit the booking?
Our staff will process your booking upon submission. We will assign one of our cleaning specialists based on your selected service(s).
Can I reschedule my booking?
You may reschedule your booking by going to the bookings tab, selecting the appointment, and clicking on “Reschedule”.
Can I choose which cleaning expert I want?
You may choose your preferred staff. Otherwise, we will arrange a suitabe one for you.
How is the pricing determined for KungFu Helper's cleaning services?
Our service pricing is based on the prices outlined in the quotation provided. For recurring bookings, invoices are sent at the end of each month. One-time bookings will have the invoices issued the next day.
We accept payments through credit cards, bank transfers, or PayNow.
What happens if I have unpaid amounts on my account?
In case of unpaid amounts, our company reserves the right to charge reasonable additional administrative costs and interest on the unpaid amount. We may also suspend cleaning services for past-due accounts or cancel the agreement with or without notice.
Can I make changes to the initial quotation?
KungFu Helper reserves the right to revise the initial quotation if there are changes to the client’s original requirements. All prices and quotations will be GST-exclusive unless specified otherwise.
How long is a quotation valid?
All quotations are valid for up to 30 days from their date. KungFu Helper submits a quotation following a request by the customer.
What are the cancellation fees for service time changes?
We charge a 50% cancellation fee if the client cancels or changes the appointment less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Do note that clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to make schedule changes or cancellations.
How often can I schedule KungFu Helper's cleaning services?
You can schedule an appointment with us as often as needed. We offer one-time and recurring cleaning services based on your preferences.
Can I request special cleaning services for specific areas of my home or office?
Yes, you can request special cleaning services when you book with us. As an experienced professional cleaning company in Singapore, our team is highly flexible and can customise the package as needed.
Do I have to be present when the cleaner arrives?
We recommend you welcome your expert cleaner to guide them around the area. This helps ensure that we provide the services as required.
How does Kung Fu Helper ensure service quality?
As we always work to be the best cleaning company in Singapore, our expert cleaners undergo rigorous training and selections before we send them out for servicing. This ensures that they have the right attitude when dealing with customers.
What is the minimum service duration for a cleaning session?
Both business and house cleaning sessions have a minimum duration of at least 3 hours. This ensures our team has sufficient time to do a thorough and effective job.
Can I request additional cleaning services during a session?
Yes we can accept additional tasks such as aircon servicing or house disinfection services. The cleaning team will do their utmost to accommodate your request if you need extra work beyond the agreed time. We will provide the invoice for the additional hours worked.
How are pets handled during house cleaning sessions?
Our crews will work around pets. But if a pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, our professional cleaning company reserves the right to vacate our workers from your home. The cancellation policy will apply if an aggressive pet forces our staff to leave the premises.
How does KungFu Helper handle concerns or complaints about the cleaning service?
If you have concerns about the quality of our company’s services, please raise them within 24 hours after the session. We will thoroughly investigate complaints and do our best to resolve them properly.
What is the procedure for key replacement or furniture movement?
We only pay key replacement or locksmith fees if our employees lose the keys. Furniture movement is allowed with certain limitations due to health and safety regulations.
How does KungFu Helper handle privacy and confidentiality?
All cleaners registered with KungFu Helper have been fully screened. Our company values your privacy, and any information provided will be used solely to provide the best service possible.
We agree not to share such information with third parties not directly involved with the appointment unless required by law.
How can I stay updated on changes to terms and conditions?
KungFu Helper reserves the right to update or modify terms and conditions at any time. We will notify clients of these changes. Each updated agreement takes effect 24 hours after we publish it on our website.
Can I hire a cleaner introduced by KungFu Helper after the termination of the cleaning service?
Clients may not hire or use any domestic services provided by past or present KungFu Helper cleaners after the cleaning service is finished.
