During this time, he cycled around all of Singapore's public hospitals, getting a varied spectrum of experience while training under different surgeons and lecturers. He got his MRCS (Glasgow), DOHNS (England), MMED (Singapore), and FRCS ORL (England) degrees in 2006, 2008, 2011, and 2013, respectively.
Dr. Soma has been an active member of the Singapore ENT community, most recently serving as Honorary Treasurer and Vice President of the Singapore ENT Society. This has enabled him to engage the local ENT community and offer activities that foster deeper friendships and learning opportunities.
