Komoco Holdings Pte Ltd is a multi-franchise group of companies that prides itself for being a wholly-owned leading private local automotive company. Evolving from what first started as Komoco Auto in 1986, it is now a group establishment dedicated to invigorating the four major fields of the motor industry in Singapore -- Hyundai vehicles for the populace, Harley-Davidson motorcycles for top-end bikers, Jeep 4X4 for the adventurous, Chrysler for the comfort seekers, Ferrari supercars for the aficionados and Maserati Italian luxury cars for avid car collectors.

From its headquarters at 253 Alexandra Road, the Komoco group once operated a Hyundai dealership in Australia as a distributor from 1990 to 1999, partnering the Cycle & Carriage Group of Singapore. Komoco was also the largest single shareholder for HR Owen PLC in the United Kingdom from 1993 to 1998. In 2004, Mercedes Benz (Malaysia) appointed Komoco Holdings for a dealership at Jalan Bendahara in Malacca, which was established in September 2003. On 1st April 2010, our Group was granted a dealership in Ferrari and Maserati for the Primary Marketing Area of Shanghai. We opened two showrooms, one at Pudong in Century Avenue and the other at Puxi in Nanjing Road West, with a 3S workshop in Caobao Road. It is now almost three decades that the Komoco Group has retailed vehicles successfully for their manufacturers, consolidating its reputation as one of Singapore’s leading car companies.
