We carefully source each and every ingredient and make all our sourdough pizzas fresh and in-house daily. We have the best Gluten Free pizza on the island and probably make the best American cookies in Asia. As proud owners we live, eat, and breath pizza and hope to make John's Pizzeria & Bakery a house-hold name in all of Asia. Our creamy Ricotta is air-flown in weekly from an artisanal farm just outside of Melbourne.
