Yang Ding Dong
Yang Ding Dong is an organic private tea plantation located 1050 meters above sea level in the thick forest of Yunshuiyao, Nanjing, Fujian Province, where it’s adjacent to the World Heritage Fujian Tulou. The plantation has decades of history and commits itself to operate fairly, ethically and sustainably.

Yang Ding Dong takes pride in promoting the original taste of oolong and black teas with organic farming methods, strictly prohibiting the use of any chemical fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides and hormones. Each tea that is produced has been given individual identity number (organic certificate) and quality reports (soil, water source inspection report and sensory test report).

Our tea trees enjoy cloud and mist in the morning, soybean milk through the day, sip on spring water in the night and even listens to music for relaxation! With an area of 2000mu (330 acres), only 800mu (132 acres) has tea trees planted, this is to leave space for other living organisms to grow and live, promoting a balance ecosystem. A place where it is home to many animals such as boars, cows, hares, sparrows and many others.

Jin Xian Lian (Anoectochilus Roxburghii) is commonly known as “Marbled Jewel Orchid”, it’s a rare perennial Chinese plant that has thousand years of history. It has demonstrated antioxidant and hepatoprotective effects, living up to its name as medicine king.
