Our Special Story was born from our desire for an inclusive society, where children with special needs, their families and caregivers are able to lead fulfilling lives. Our Special Story is committed to nurturing children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and special needs towards functional independence by providing quality and individualised behaviour intervention based on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles. Our Special Story tailors each intervention programme to meet each child’s specific needs and by focusing on the learning process, your child will be equipped with the essential skills he needs to thrive and live functionally and independently. ABA is an evidence-based therapy method that is proven effective in teaching children with special needs essential skills including behaviour, attention and learning, language and communication, social, play, motor skills and daily living skills, etc. ABA is effective in teaching children of all ages, and children with different types of special needs, such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Down Syndrome (DS), and other related developmental conditions.
