At TRC, we strive to see a world where people are well.
In a modern era of overwhelming choice, TRC is a mindful approach to find balance in wellbeing and is devoted to see a world in which people are well.
Driven by our philosophy that wellbeing lies in finding a ‘Playful Balance’ across the eight dimensions of wellness, we aim to not take ourselves too seriously, and to advocate and destigmatize the pursuit of wellness, and to have fun while we’re at it.
