01/18/2021 Dear Valued Customers,
Due to CNY(Chinese New Year) falls on 12th Feb 2021, our logistic partners will tentatively reduce the number of working personnel at our logistic centres and warehouses, we will maintain at least 1 but maximum 2 persons working at each workstation, therefore, shipping time will be expected to be longer than usual during a period of 10 days (9th Feb – 19th Feb 2021).
All logistic works will resume normal from 20th Feb 2021 onwards. Please no worries, we will still be able to assist with queries and process orders as usual on a daily basis.
Alternatively, if you wish to avoid delay of receiving your parcel(s), you may place orders before or after these 10 days.
Thank you for your support in the past year 2020 of Rat, we will continuously improve our service to assist you better! Besides launching new designs on a daily basis, we also target to publish more boys clothing before June 2021! So, please stay tuned with us!
