T.H.E stands for The Human Expression. It is our aim to reflect and personify the many facets of man and humanity through our dance and our art. We hope to build a company whose dance and artistic endeavors reflect the local and regional environment. T.H.E Dance Company was founded in September 2008 by Artistic Director Kuik Swee Boon.

Since then, T.H.E has performed at most major local arts festivals and toured cities such as Paris, Dubai and Jakarta amongst others. Our tightly-knit company comprises of eight members. Together, we represent some of the most dedicated arts professionals in the local arts industry. T.H.E focuses on injecting asian and local sensibilities into our western dance training to create works that reflect and tackle themes that are relevant to our surrounding environment. These themes are what make us relevant as a local arts company. We also believe in collaboration with artists of different disciplines.

T.H.E also conducts open dance classes, workshops and organises an annual dance festival - Contact.
