About The Daily Movement
Established April 2020
Founded in April 2020, The Daily Movement is a Singapore-based fitness and wellness provider that believes in sustainable, inclusive and affordable fitness for all. With a team of professional and dedicated practitioners, we offer services such as outdoor bootcamps, group and personal training, various programmes and workshops, and more. Our journey began during Singapore's Circuit Breaker period in May 2020, when we assembled a team of dedicated instructors and conducted regular home-based online workouts, workshops and fundraisers. Our first fundraiser for AWARE Singapore raised $1,500. Subsequently, we raised more than $2,500 for HOME.org. As conditions shifted after the Circuit Breaker, we adapted and transitioned to live classes. However, our goal still remains unchanged since day one: (1) to give back, (2) to provide sustainable, inclusive, and affordable fitness, (3) and to build a resilient and active community. Over time, we have evolved to become an ‘all-in-one’ fitness and wellness provider based in Singapore.
