Choosing a training provider is easier when you know what to look for. Many Singapore companies book a workshop, enjoy the day, and then see little change in how their team works. A few simple checks can prevent that.
Start with the problem. Write down in one sentence what your team struggles with, such as slow sales follow-up or managers avoiding hard conversations. A clear problem makes it easier to pick the right programme.
Check who will teach. Ask for the trainer's name and background, and find out if they have worked with teams like yours.
Look for practice, not only slides. People change habits when they try things, get feedback and try again. Role plays, live exercises and real examples from your own business make a big difference.
Ask what happens after the session. A good programme includes follow-up tasks, manager check-ins and a short review a few weeks later.
Agree on how you will measure change. Pick one or two simple signs, such as better client calls or faster onboarding, before the training starts.
