Lentor Hills Residences is a big new project that will be launched this year. The Lentor Hills Road Condominium (Parcel A) is now on the URA GLS site list and is scheduled to go to tender in September 2021. The site size is 17,100 m2 and the Gross Plot Ratio is 3.0. This 99-year leasehold project is projected to provide 595 residential units. The Lentor Hills Road Residences are located next to Lentor Drive, Flossia Park, and Yio Chu Kang Road in Singapore’s Northern Region, on the boundary of Thomson, Yishun, Ang Mo Kio, Sin Ming, Bishan, and the Central Water Catchment. The construction is close to the Thomson-East Coast Line’s future Lentor MRT station.
