The project is a joint venture between UOL Group, Singapore Land Group (SingLand), and CapitaLand Development.The development consists of approximately 1,240 units and is situated on the site of the former Thomson View Parkway. It is positioned near the Upper Thomson and Bright Hill MRT stations, as well as Ai Tong School. The official preview for the project is estimated to take place in Q3 2026.
