Alive Nutrition Consultancy is a nutrition service provider in Singapore offering practical and evidence-based health and nutrition solutions to help individuals and organisations achieve their health and wellness goals. A key focus of Alive Nutrition Consultancy is the running of nutrition and health programmes for the government, corporate and community groups such as nutrition talks and wellness workshops, supermarket tours, hawker centre tours and healthy cooking demonstrations. These programmes can be conducted in English, Mandarin or even dialects as our Nutritionist is effectively bilingual. Alive Nutrition Consultancy also offers nutrition counselling for weight management and sports performance, as well as workplace health promotion consultancy services. We also help food establishments to develop healthier menus, formulate healthier food products, and assist in vetting of food labels and applications for the Healthier Choice symbol programme.
