About Competency-Based Learning and Development
The Center for Competency-Based Learning and Development (CBLD Center) is set up as a one-stop resource center to provide access to agencies, organizations and individuals, the different types of services relating to competency-based learning and development.
CONSULTANCY SERVICES
The Center provides a broad-base of competency-based consultancy services, reaching out to industries and organisations. These services address the requirements of the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) and other competency-based requirements.
TRAINING PROGRAMMES
The following programmes are offered through or by the Center:
1) Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment Programmes
2) Environmental Cleaning WSQ
3) CBLD Programmes like Community of Practice
