Our approach is to your psychotherapy journey is to promote a sense of safety and security through co-regulation and cultivating emotional self-regulation skills while we work together on the therapeutic goals you have. A strengths-based salutogenic approach to our therapy entails a suite of solutions including hypnotherapy, neuroscience based multichannel eye movement integration (MEMI), Brain Switch and Brain Switch 2.0, Immersive Sound Therapy using VR and Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) by Dr Stephen Porges et. al.
